What you need

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Battered Hoki

    • Batter the hoki fillets and deep fry until golden brown.
    • Drain and set aside.
  3. Mash

    • Bring water and salt to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, remove from heat.
    • Add milk and KNORR Potato Flakes, whisking to combine.
    • Let it sit for 2 minutes, then whisk again. Set aside.
  4. Mixed Vegetables

    • Heat oil and butter in a pan.
    • Sauté brussel sprouts, zucchini, and kale until just coloured or softened.
    • Season to taste.
  5. To Serve

    • Plate the battered hoki, mash, and mixed vegetables. Serve with a lemon wedge, dill, and a side of HELLMANN'S Real Aioli.
  6. Chef's Tip

    • Ling, Whiting, or Flathead can be used as an alternative to Hoki.
