Beef

  • Beef, diced 1.0 kg
  • Onions, diced 2.0 x
  • Water 400.0 ml

Casserole

To Serve

  • Steamed Rice
  • Mashed Potato

Preparation

  1. Beef

    • Lightly brown the beef and onions in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.

  2. Casserole

    • Add the remaining ingredients, cover and continue to cook for a further 1 hour at 160 degree Celsius or until the beef becomes tender.

  3. To Serve

    • Serve with mashed potato and steamed beans
