  1. Method

    • Heat butter and 10 ml of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir through the thyme and keep warm.
    • In a large pan, heat 500 ml of water. Whisk in KNORR Rich Brown Gravy Gluten Free and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2–3 minutes and continue whisking until smooth.
    • Stir the onions and thyme through the prepared gravy, simmer for a further 3–4 minutes, then serve.
