What you need

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Fillet

    • Dip the fillets in batter and deep fry for 3–4 minutes, or until cooked. Drain and set aside.
  3. Slaw

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise, KNORR Thai Lime Powder and chilli paste. Set aside a small amount.
    • Add sliced cabbages and chilli to remaining dressing. Toss to combine.
  4. To Serve

    • Place slaw on a tortilla, top with fried fillet, and garnish with extra sliced chillies and coriander leaves.
    • Finish off with dollops of chilli mayo, smashed avocado, and sour cream.
