In Mexico different street vendors add signature ingredients to their tortillas. This version is almost a Mexican style pizza.

Salsa Beans

Creamed Avocado

To Serve

  • Tortillas, fried 10.0 x
  • Coriander, chopped 50.0 g
  • Cheese, grated, tasty 500.0 g
  • Eggs, fried, soft yolks 20.0 x

Preparation

  1. Salsa Beans

    • Mix the beans with KNORR Mexican Chunky Salsa Mild GF.

  2. Creamed Avocado

    • Combine the avocado and HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise.

  3. To Serve

    • Construct in the following order: tortilla, Mexican bean mix, eggs, cheese, coriander.
    • Grill until cheese melts.
    • Serve opened with creamed avocado on top.
