Lamb Chops

  • Lamb loin chops 20.0 x
  • Water 450.0 ml
  • Apple cider 100.0 ml
  • KNORR Rich Brown Gravy 2.4 kg 50.0 g

To Serve

  • Roast potatoes, to serve
  • Steamed greens, to serve

Preparation

  1. Lamb Chops

    • Place lamb chops in a baking dish and pour over liquid smoke.
    • Toss to coat, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. To Serve

    • Serve lamb with roast potatoes and steamed greens, accompanied with cider gravy.
