  • Lamb, diced 1.0 kg

Hot pot

To Serve

  • Rice
  • Beans
  • Flat Bread

Preparation

  1. Lamb

    • Lightly brown the lamb in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

  2. Hot pot

    • Add remaining ingredients and cook covered for a further 40 minutes at 160 degree Celsius.

  3. To Serve

    • Serve with rice, steamed beans, flat bread.
