What you need

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Lasagne Mince

    • Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions together with beef mince.
    • Add KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Mac & Cheese

    • Cook macaroni elbows in boiling water. Strain and allow pasta to steam off in a large tray.
    • Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan and thicken with KNORR Roux.
    • Add grated cheese and mix in the cooked pasta.
  4. To Assemble

    • Pour a layer of lasagne mince into a large tray. Top with mac & cheese.
    • Sprinkle over the remaining grated cheese. Bake dish in the oven at 160°C for 20 minutes until golden on top.
    • Serving suggestion: Add a side salad and wholemeal roll.
