  1. Method

    • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the red onion and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until golden.
    • Stir in Worcestershire sauce and simmer until reduced by half, then add 300 ml of thickened cream and 150 ml of water. Simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
    • Whisk in 50g of KNORR Jus Gluten Free and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes, whisking until smooth, then serve.
