    • Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5–10 minutes, or until golden. Keep warm.
    • In a large pan, heat 500 ml of water. Whisk in KNORR Rich Brown Gravy Gluten Free and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and continue whisking until smooth. Stir through the mushrooms and thickened cream, simmer for a further 2–3 minutes, and serve.
