  1. Roast Chicken

    • Combine KNORR Portuguese Peri Peri Sauce with lime juice and rub over chickens. Cover and chill for an hour.
    • Roast chicken for 1 hour at 180 degree Celsius or until cooked through.
  2. Peri Peri Gravy

    • Make up KNORR Golden Roast Gravy GF with extra KNORR Portuguese Peri Peri Sauce and KNORR Thai Lime Powder.
  3. To Serve

    • Divide chicken into portions and serve with Peri Peri gravy and garden salad.
