Smoky Chipotle American Beef Ribs

Nothing like going primal when sitting down to a big plate of ribs. Your customers will jump on the table and howl like a mad dog with these bad boys in front of them.

Ribs

  • Chilli puree 100.0 g
  • Paprika paste 80.0 g
  • Beef short ribs, cut into 5cm pieces 2.0 kg

Chipotle Glaze

To Serve

  • Coriander, chopped 200.0 g
  • Slaw 30.0 g

Preparation

  1. Ribs

    • Combine chilli puree and paprika paste and rub over ribs. Marinate in the fridge overnight.
    • Place ribs in roasting pan, roast in oven for 2-3 hours or until tender.

  2. Chipotle Glaze

    • Add some pan juices, KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce, garlic puree, chilli paste and reduce. Brush glaze over ribs and place back in oven for 15 minutes or until caramelized.

  3. To Serve

    • Serve with slaw.
