What you need

  1. What you need

    • Peel and julienne the sweet potato and onions.
    • Combine the vegetables with chickpea flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, KNORR Vegetable Booster, baking powder, and just enough water to bind together.
    • Shape into small disks, and deep fry at 180°C until golden brown. Drain.
  3. Korma Dip

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Vegan Mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, KNORR Patak's Korma Sauce, and KNORR Patak's Sweet Mango Chutney.
  4. To Serve

    • Plate the bhaji and serve with korma dip and lime wedges on the side.
