To Serve

  • Avocado, sliced 3.0 pc
  • KNORR Hollandaise Sauce Gluten Free 1L 600.0 ml
  • Spanish Chorizo, sliced 600.0 g
  • Watercress, garnish
  1. Main Dish

    • Poach eggs.
    • Toast English muffins.
    • Cook chorizo until crispy.
  2. Salsa

    • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season.
  3. To Serve

    • Place English muffins on plate top with avocado, chorizo, eggs, salsa and KNORR Hollandaise Gluten Free Sauce, garnish with watercress.
