  • Water 400.0 ml
  • KNORR Hollandaise Sauce Gluten Free 1L 400.0 ml
  • Instant Polenta 150.0 g

To Serve

  • ½ Bunch Thyme, To Garnish
  • 20 G Parsley, Chopped, To Garnish
  1. Polenta

    • Bring water and KNORR Hollandaise Gluten Free Sauce to the boil, rain in polenta, whisking over low heat until cooked.
  2. Sauce

    • Add oil and onion to a frypan, add garlic puree and cook over low heat until softened. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add KNORR Pronto Napoli.
  3. To Serve

    • Add polenta to bowl, top with mushroom ragu and garnish with thyme and parsley.
