What you need

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Noodles

    • Trim zucchini and pass through a spiraliser. Blanch in hot water, drain, and set aside.
  3. Sauce

    • In a large pan over medium heat, heat oil and cook garlic until fragant.
    • Add KNORR Tomato Powder and water. Stir until dissolved and well combined.
    • Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. To Serve

    • Add sauce to blanched zucchini noodles and toss to coat. Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
    • Top with crumbled marinated feta, basil leaves, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
