What you need

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Toppings

    • Slice pumpkin into thin wedges, and roughly chop the mushrooms and sausages.
    • Place pumpkin, mushrooms and sausages onto a large baking tray. Drizzle with oil.
    • Bake in a preheated combi oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until pumpkin is tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauce

    • Combine KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli and KNORR Hollandaise Sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
  4. Pizza

    • Spread bases with creamy tomato sauce.
    • Top with roasted vegetables, sausages, chargrilled capsicum, and bocconcini.
    • Bake in preheated combi oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
    • Slice pizzas and serve.
